Update on CD "South" Association

Since my original posting inquirng if any CD owners in the south would be interested in getting together there have been many responses.

This CD Message Board is a wonderful tool for discussions and exchanging ideas but it is not the same as meeting on the water and actually sailing with other CD Owners.

We belong to the CDSOA but most of its members are in the Northeast area. We have not been able to participate in the functions due to schedules so we are missing a valuable aspect of belonging to the association.

I would like to hear from those who responded to my earlier inquiry as to what you are expecting if/when we get together?

I would rather not form another association if everyone is so spread out geographically that the only way we do anything is via this message board.
