I have a client who is seriously considering the purchase of a Cape Dory 31. Would be interested in hearing from mid-Atlantic area owners who would be willing to sell. Please do not get crazy about price! Both my client and I know them fairly well - he has owned a 28' and I still own my 28' since new in 1977! I've sold several of the 31's, new and used.
