Your traveller installation looks great! By the way, I'm really envious at how nice your boat and teak looks. Maybe I'll get there someday....

Very nice installation.
How did you avoid the problem with the coaming interfering with Garhauer track car movement. Did you build a new, thicker spacer It does not look like the Garhauer track is "on top off" the old track.

The Garhaurer track was attached to the original spacer...if you look closely you can see it....it's about 3/8" thick, rounded on the ends....if I were to do over I would have tried a longer track all the way to the sides...I think the clearance would have been ok but would have to doublecheck that....I had them make mine the same length as the original traveler...theres about a one inch bend in the track that they incorportated into it...easy install..
