Congratulations Nonsly!
I was crewing on a friend's boat (Charisma - an O'Day 31) which finished 3 or 4 places behind Nonsly. I saw that charateristic Cape Dory profile cross the finish line and remember exclaiming something like "There's a Cape Dory!"
I took some photos of the race that are posted at : http://goodsailing.blogspot.com . I am sorry to say I did not catch any of the Cape Dory's on film (or memory).
Cheers

Correction and Wavelength photos.
Upon further review, it appears that Nonsly was 3rd overall in Fleet 2 behind a Baltic 43 and an Express 27. Not knowing much about modern one-designs, it seems I mistook the Express 27 for a J/22 (J/22s and Solings shared their own fleet trophy). Also, the Express 27 apparently was just old enough to qualify as a modern classic, so Nonsly could not have won that trophy after all.
For anyone who might be interested, the Andrew Sims/Wavelength photos have been posted and there are several of Tantalus, Liquidity and Nonsly in the mix at groups 1-12, 13-24, 25-36, 61-72, 169-180 and 265-276.

Congrats Stan
I knew you could do it w/o me and I am jealous that I was not able to learn more from you. I can not brag for 2007 but will remind all that I was rail meat for the 2006 win.
Nice going Stan, you are a skilled cap'n.
Best to all.........Ron

Way to go!
Congrats, Stan. Man, that is impressive! Like sailing back from Maine in that blow single-handed was. Anytime you want to sail on our boat (we are talking next summer at this point), I'll be glad to swap libations for pointers.
A toast to all the participants in the regatta!

There is more to the BHIR weekend than great racing. It's become a full weekend of Cape Dory goodness and camaraderie. Below are more photos I took over the weekend while sailing Boston Hbr, and hiking on the public Islands. If you'd like to learn more about the Boston Harbor Islands, visit www.islandalliance.com or www.bostonislands.org and start making plans to join us for BHIR 2008!

Not a hard core racing event, the BHIR is a pursuit race. These are fine examples of the type of boat you will see on the course;
Nicholson 35 GREENFLY, and International 600 BAREFOOT.
