I wouldn't be a bit surprised if the CG (which the photos show arrived on scene quickly) put a floating containment boom around the boat, raised it, pumped out all the gas and oil, took the boat to their station on Treasure Island, and sent the owner a hefty bill. I doubt that they would have left it - hazard to navigation, oil spill, etc.
