I wanted to make three changes. (1) The inlet port is on the corner. Mechanically, that is a bad place for a port. I had the old revision, where the inlet port was on the opposite corner. My tank had cracked from both of these ports. (2) The ports are on faces. I prefer ports on top. (3) I wanted to add a second outlet port and pickup tube, for an overboard pump. I wonder if it is feasible to get the ports added after the fact?

We can't order through Kracor directly. West Marine is a reseller for them.
Russell, I purchased a new holding tank from Kracor via Maritime Sanitation for my CD 30 and I believe the tanks are the same. My problem was with the fittings as well. A friend of mine works there and interfaced with Kracor for me in terms of where to place the fittings on the new tank. Presently I am having my water tank fittings replaced by a local company here in Houston. This was probably an option on the holding tank as well but info came too late for that job. Cost is less than half the price of a new tank.
