I am located on the Eastern Shore of VA. There is a Cape Dory 25 (1977) listed for sale in Kinsdale VA. The exterior of the boat looks pretty good. The interior needs a good cleaning. I can’t tell more from the pictures. The ask is $7500. You might find the listing on the Facebook Marketplace. I searched under “Cape Dory Sailboats”. Seller is Leslie Uhlenhopp Carlson. No trailer, however, I know of a sailboat trailer for sale near me that would probably handle it. I can investigate if you end up interested in the boat.
