I patched all four of the little cracks I found. I think they are good repairs. I’m not expecting any trouble. We launch in ten days. I l’ll see how things look in October.

Yes, it was my rudder. I saw no exterior signs of problems, although in hindsight I clearly did not look close enough. It all worked out in the end. I found a replacement rudder on ebay off a SJ24 in Georgia for $75. Six coats of barrier coating on the replacement rudder, and I was back in business in two weeks.
