Did you get it working???

If not make sure that the output side is not clogged or crimped somewhere along the line. If so this would cause the pump to shut off due to reaching the set pressure. I>E> the system has reached pressure and is not call for the pump to turn on. This could possibly explain why it came on once if the pressure dropped a bit over time.

I installed a new pump and it works now. I have a leak coming from on f the hose connections so I have to figure that out. But overall it was a good fix.
