A belated hearty thanks to all for the wonderful rowing dinghy recommendations and photos. Much to choose from on the used market.

We have particularly admired the Shellbacks, Whitehalls and Scituates over the years, and have quizzed some owners on rowing ability of their particular models. Rowing is to be the primary use of this boat, over at our Nova Scotia home.

After 50 years of back trouble, I'm now able to row more and I'm realizing how much I missed rowing our little homemade boats around the back bays of the New Jersey shore. A wonderful pass-time!

Alas, my boatbuilding days are behind me or I would build my own.

Thanks again and, for all attending the winter luncheon, our very best wishes for another wonderful day. We wish we could be there with you.
