Cape Dory 28 up in Maine. See ad below. Bit out of your location range but would give you an excuse to do a cruise down the Intercoastal! Also shipping overland could save on expense. Seems to be priced fairly at 15K. Volvo Penta would seem to suggest that she has been repowered at some point...I have a Volvo Penta 2002 in CHASSEUR and have been very happy with it....18HP is nice when conditions conditions are working against you.
