Hi Folks,
Just a quick note to thank all of you who were so helpful in sharing your experience unstepping masts. Yesterday, with a crane and two helpers, I managed to remove the mast from my 330. I suspect that this project would have been much more eventful had it not been for all of your suggestions. Thanks also to Dalton for the invite to their mast pulling party. I passed on that in order to take on a few other boat tasks that sunny day . . . a decision I was wondered aboutr a good bit afterwords. Thankfully, it all worked out.
Now onto the next projects: rewiring, re rigging, some new electronics and assessing the (spliced) mast. I am sure each of those will be the subject of a separate thread. This, just a big THANKS.
