July 25th Salem Sound Float In

I'll be away from email after late this afternoon. My plan is an early departure from Boston to avoid the flood tide which suggests a late morning arrival at Misery I. I monitor 16 and 9, and will add 68. Let's try checking in early so we all end up in the same place. Someone with local knowledge should probably decide, based on wind conditions and remembering that some of us will be spending the night.

Looks like Pintle isnt going to make it out to Salem afterall. Maybe later in the season or next year I will be more prepared to go. Have fun!!

We'll meet up at Cocktail Cove at Misery Island. This is at the north end of the island. There is limited space inside the cove but a well-protected area just to the NW of the cove, at N42 33.1' W70 48.0'.
