Aren't you more likely to keep the critters out if you suspend the dinghy upside down?

Just watch. Some trouble maker (not me, of course!) is gonna jump in with one of the perennials: "What's better? Inflatable or hard dinghy?"

I hope not, but human nature is riddled with weakness.
