To cover or not to cover

When we bought our CD28 in November '05, it was on the hard. The PO had already paid to have it winterized--including shrink wrap. Tom's cousin told us that if we carefully rolled off the shrink wrap in the spring, we could roll it back on in the fall and use it again.

We're now on our 4th winter with that same shrink wrap! A few patches of shrink wrap tape has kept in good enough shape that we're thinking that there may be a 5th winter in it.

Tom told me to make sure to mention that he's Scotch.
