I am going to be leaving my employment in 3 years 28 days and moving for warmer climes. In the meantime, right now the boats are tucked in for the winter, its 36deg out with a wind chill of 20deg. It's snowing and blowing. It's nice to hear how nice it is in the south but as the general conditions deteriorate up here and every time I go outside I freeze my cobongas off I am forced to refer back to my previous post phlibbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbb!!
Save a spot for me!

Re: anyone else ski?
They ski in Michigan? Seems to me that the hills are milder than the winters.Kurt wrote: Although last year the winter was so mild...we really didn't do any skiing here in Michigan until February.
Skiing is okay and I like it... but it's not the same as sailing along on a beam reach in a 10 knot breeze, tiller in one hand, cell phone in the other, talking to client who pays by the hour (and hopefully doesn't read this board).
Fair winds, Neil
