Shirley is actually handling the documentation woes for me! Should be done sometime in the next couple of weeks. Turns out the previous owner had some finicial troubles! I plan on coming down sometime around mid nov. depending on how active the hurricane season becomes to put the boat in the water. At this time I do have it listed for sale so if you know anyone looking I am only asking 25,000 as is. after shes re-rigged and in the water it will be taken off the market.
