Hello,
I need to find a replacement for the jib fairlead on my Typhoon Weekender. It's a Bullseye Fairlead, a really simple piece of equipment, but hard to find a replacement for! Does anyone know of the part number, source for, or replacement for the Bullseye Fairlead? The manual lead me to believe that the track for the jib is 3/4 inch but I measured it and it's 9/10 inch?
We have had the boat about one month, and it was delivered with one of the fasteners missing on the Bullseye. Can't find a replacement at any of the local hardware or marine stores (We were told that it was metric at one place, British at another!) The local rigger took the part but can't find it and shows no inclination to work on such a small job.
We had to replace the genoa lead blocks (the track is 3/4 inch) and found them at Rig Rite (Schaeffer 03-72). We found the part number on this list, so thanks to everyone who is so helpful!
Rig Rite suggested going to Jamestown Distributors and asking the oldest person who works there for help on the Bullseye! It would help if we knew a part number.
thanks, Laura

Try Performance Yacht Systems. They are strictly sail. If they dont'have what you are looking for they can get it. Bulls Eye fairleads are a common item. I suspect the 9/10 mearuement is metric obviously. I have included the URL should you care to check out the company. Rig-Rite in my opinion isn't the best price.
