Check out http://www.hartoftmarinesurvey.com/. Gale Browning surveyed my CD33 during the summer of '05. She did a terrific job.

I'll second the recommendation for Gale Browning of Hartoft. She surveyed my CD 28 (power) in May, and she was great -- very detailed and thorough.

She also surveyed my CD36 when I bought it, she did a terrific job and since then 3 friends have used here and all extreamly pleased. I cant give her a higher recommendation. She is one hell of a sailor too, having competed in the MiniTransat (single handed race across the altantic in a 24' high speed sled).
