Autohelm 4000
My CD30C has a Autohelm 4000 Autopilot. The Control Unit Connector is damaged and am looking for a replacement connector. Went to the Raymarine website and tried to "Ask A Question". Tried several times and received message "Not available". Any ideas about how to purchace a new connector?

I have a problem with my 4000 and I tried their website also with the same results. It is the worst website I have ever used and they make it difficult to get parts for the now out of production 4000. Call the parts department at Raymarine with the part number and they will get it for you,but expect an answer that it is on backorder and you will have to wait 2 weeks.
I know they are cheaper than their competitors, but I will never buy from them again.
