What hose can be used for the seacock in the head locker in the CD30?
That seacock is for the overboard discharge from the holding tank. The barb on the end makes it about 1 5/8 in diameter, and I can't get the Shields 148 hose (1 1/2 in ID) over it, even when heated.

How did you heat the hose? I recently discovered that a heat gun is far more effective for fitting hoses than hot water, which is what I used in the past for coaxing stubborn hoses onto fittings. The trick with the heat gun is to apply just enough heat to do the job, and no more. If you haven't tried the heat gun yet, I'd give it a go. Good luck.
