Internet Source for Tide/Current Tables?

Post by Dan VanWinkle »

After seeing the msg on availability of Ligtht Lists, I'm wondering if tide and current info can be downloaded from a site somewhere. Anyone have the source? I hate to buy a commercial pub or the published ones for a four-day trip along the NJ coast which will probably be the only one I'll get to take this season.

You can download a tide calculator from www.autotide.com.

Dan,

NOAA has tide & current predictions tables at their website.

If you happen to own a Palm Pilot, I converted a tide/current calculator program to run on it. See my Tide Tool pages. There's also a link there to XTide which runs on a number of platforms, and which was the basis for Tide Tool.
