CD 31 Keel Ballast

I've had CD 31 hull number 36 (1984) for three years.

I've had the rudder enlarged and modified to improve downwind handling, but I'm now considering adding ballast to the keel so someone else on Buzzards Bay can be the first to shorten sail.
