When putting up the mast on my CD25, the tabernacle hinge caught on the antenna connection and broke in two. Robinhood marine suggested Rig Rite, as does the CCDOA web site, for a replacement. I called to order one and found the cost to be $119. They called back to say they were out of stock and I would have to wait a week. I went to Sail magazine's "Sailboat Buyers Guide" and found Dwyer Aluminum Mast Company in Connecticut. Their price for the same item was $64.45, and it was in stock because they are the manufacturer. Their web site is http://www.csiworld.com/dwyer They have been in business over 30 years and were the OEM for many CD parts.

Check other sources before you buy from Rig Rite

Dwyer Aluminum Mast Co.
I have purchased fittings for our Bauer 10' (maybe the world's greatest little boat!!) from Dwyer. They have an extensive array of extrusions, fitting and hardware. Their prices were fair, products good, and service more than satisfactory.

I agree, Check Dwyer for Better Prices
I bought a mast hinge for our 25D. I was glad at the time to get it for $100.00. Dwyer has, what looks to be, the same fitting for about half the cost. http://www.csiworld.com/dwyer

Based on these comments, a link to Dwyer has been added to the "Where to Look" page on this Web site.
