hey,
good looking pitures, tim...
adding a other set of coaming cleats 18" farther back for sailing will give you better sail control...
all of you can do that on your typhoons...
splitting the coaming cleat, yes you should use them in higher winds, but in light winds there is no need....

Great photos! Yesterday I tightened the tarp lines in my Ty in anticipation of yet another Vermont snow storm. Skiing is great however ! :D
