I do not know the size of our holding tank other than it seems to fill quickly. We have pristine waters here, so we spend much time getting from pump out to pump out!

I would suspect it is about 5 or 6 gallons. A quick check of the online manual tells how big the 28 & 30 holding tank is, but I didnt see the 25D.
