I thought the same thing you're thinking. My Boss ordered one from them first-- about three years ago -- then I ordered one for myself followed by two more for our company. They even send you a T-shirt with each order.

Their site freely displays their physical address and phone number -- even their GPS coordinates. I am always wary of merchants who hide behind a website with no other means to contact them.

I have been waiting for the prices at some of the other well know outlets to drop and have been surprised that they haven't.

Give them a call to get a feel for the company. I've always ordered online and done FedEx shipping.

Thanks Mark for that great tip! I ordered it today. Also ordered the Blue Chart CD and a cigarette lighter adapter, and the whole package is still over $100 cheaper than Defender! I didn't think that was possible...thanks again.
