What is the cabin height?

25D cabin height
Except for the companionway frame which is lower than the ceiling and I've wacked it a few hundred times over the years. I'm 6'2" so I have to bend slightly to begin with.
They acheived the 5'11" by "sinking" the sole a bit into the bilge area.
