We made it to Block Island from Cape May in about 36hours. Sailed most of the way. glad to be at a mooring as the winds were blowing at 25kts all day Sunday.

One hour watches..you'd have to have narcolepsy
to fall asleep in an hour.
try two hour shifts from midnight through 6 or 8 am when you are just 2 people.
Then 4 hour watches during daylight hours.
