I am seriously in the market to purchase a Cape Dory. I am an individual buyer, all cash. I AM NOT A DEALER. I will use the boat for my own personal use for cruising the Gulf coast & ICW and will consider the following: Any Cape Dory 28' to 33', power, sail, or motorsailer. Boat must be clean and ready to sail. I am not in the market for a "handy man special" or "do it yourselfer" Boat must be in excellent condition. I prefer: Motorsailer, Cutter, or Ketch - but will consider ALL. Will pay cash - and handle transportation.
