Looking for Typhoon in CT Area. Any leads?

I am interested in purchasing a Typhoon Weekender in the
Connecticut area.(NY, RI, MA ok also) but would like to look at
some in CT before expanding search to other states. I have not seen
any in CT for sale.

I would like it to include a trailer.
Prefer an engine and roller furling jib.

Any leads to one in good condition would be appreciated.

I am moving down from a 25 foot Catalina which I recently sold.
I'm looking for a daysailer that is stable, easily single handed,
a good learning tool for my young children to learn how to sail on.
All my research has led me to the Typhoon.

Try allaboutboats.com . They have at least two Weekenders listed in Mass. and some in Vermont and New York. Looks like the going asking price is around $5,000. Soundingspub.com also lists a few, but not in Connecticut. Good luck on your search....

I have a CD 25 that meets your requirements except for the trailer. But my price might be as low as a good Typhoon. Having owned both the Typhoon and this CD 25 I can tell you that there's not a hole lot of difference. And for overnighter's the extra space is welcomed luxury.
