CD 25 Cushions and Rail?

I'm looking at a 1973 Cape Dory here in NY. The price is good, but the boat has no cushions and no rails. Even the bow pulpit is missing. All of the bases are there, but someone removed the front rail and stanchions and then lost them.

So my question....what might I expect to pay to refit with new pulpit, stanchions, lifelines and finally...new cushions!

We had new cushions professionally made for our CD25 this summer.
The cost was about $350 using 4"foam and good quality covering.
