I can't believe that I'm the only one.
Since my captain found this web site, he's done
nothing else, (except open the boat everyday.)

Owning and sailing a Cape Dory is a special joy experienced by a select few. It is more than a pastime, more than a hobby. It is... a "way of life." For without Cape Dory's, life and fame have no meaning. It was recently said about myself... "He bought a Cape Dory, and turned it into a religion." I'm glad to see that your Captain has "seen the light." The flock continues to grow in numbers! Many are called, but few are chosen to own and sail a Cape Dory. Your Captain is one of the selected few. Today, I worshipped the Boat Gods, myself! Be happy that your Captain is a part of the Cape Dory congregation.

Before you go off and find a web site devoted to Internet widows (or start such a web site yourself), let me hold out a little hope for you. There's a limited amount of content on this web site. Only a handful of messages get posted each day, so your husband should be able to go through them in a few minutes. It may take some time for him to work his way through the old stuff, but once he's looked all of them over, and gone through the limited amount on the other pages, this site shouldn't absorb much of his time.
The boat might be a different story. However, shared activities deepen marital intimacy, and true boat fanatics would rather have a wife who varnishes willingly than one who cooks well.
