To those who have removed the club boom,
When using leads on the toerail with a 140% genoa, lead position is fine, if I use the 90% (w/o Club boom) I have too much twist in the sail even with the lead all the way forward.
So, what to do? My crew likes to hang out on the foredeck and the club can become a head banger. I have been thinking of installing a track either on the cabin top or side deck. What have others done? Any suggestions?

You might try using snatch blocks where boom blocks used to be and then run the sheets to the genoa cars. Won't shape too well for a broad reach but should point upwind rather nicely.
