What hull speed do people get on their 25D under power (1GM) and at what rpm?

I just purchased one. During the surveyors sea trial she reached 6.3 kts at 3200 rpm. She did not, however, reach her designed hp of 7.5 as the fuel was from the time of the ancients. Low cetane we suspect.
