Has anyone replaced the volt meter on your CD? Mine seems to be inaccurate on my 25D. If you have replaced it, with what make and model? Halcyon 1982 #30

Anything that fits physically will work, but you might want to check out the meter you have by comparing it to a digital multimeter across the mounted meter's leads.
Being a computer type, I might be tempted to invest in a digital voltmeter that can be easily read to tenths of a volt. It might not be anymore accurate than the standard issue "analog" meter, but it is likely to be consistent and easily read by any number of crew.
Probably the most readable meter for the dollar is an expanded scale analog meter such as that pictured above. West Marine sells the Blue Sea Systems equipment; a link is provided below.
