CD280 Sport (lobster cruiser)

I'm getting the mad itch to buy a CD28 I saw advertised.
How do I know if the price is reasonable, and what are the most important questions to ask? (Cape Dory specific)

Can you provide some more info,such as the Model, year,engine type,and equipment?
I had seen in Offshore Magazine,a 1986,with 200HP Gas,for around $37-39K.
