You might want to check the cabin port hole above and slightly fwd. of the sink.Secure a hose to the area and let the water flow over the port for a while.If the gods are smiling on you it will show up.If not isolate likely water ingress areas and keep checking with the hose .Good luck

I'm no meteorologist but I think rain comes from clouds which have stored up too much evaporated water. Sorry, couldn't resist.
