Cape Dory Typhoon Replacement/New Rudder

Upon my father's death four years ago, I donated his beloved Cape Dory Typhoon, Hunky Dory, to his former camp, YMCA Camp Fuller in Wakefield, RI, where all of his kids attended as well. It was in great shape at that time and has been used since by the camp without incident.

In dropping off my daughter (third generation camper) for camp there yesterday, I learned that the boat was ready to be launched but for the fact that the rudder is missing. Does anyone know where I can get a new or replacement rudder?
