I have a 73 CD-25 with some glass problems below the waterline. Specificaly, I believe there to be some delamination in one spot; there is a drain that needs to be re-glassed in to the keel, and there are a number of places where the gel coat flaked off when i blasted off the bottom paint with walnut shells. I believ that these are places where the gel coat and glass did not meet because they were in teh keel and difficult to get to in the original lay up.
Anyway, I have found a local glass guy who has been preoccupied with otherthings and I need to get this boat in the water. She is on Hard in Arundel (Kennebunkport) Maine and it would be best if someone could come to her.
Any suggestions of people/places would be appreciated.

Examine the areas where the gel coat seperated from the glass very closly looking for moisture. Could be blisters. Make certain that no water is weeping out from the glass before you paint. If so then you'll need to do blister repair before painting the bottom.
