Running a B&B has some disadvantages - seems the First Mate cannot participate in out of area sails

Now, seeing as of now I am 'on the bench' (out of work), I'll just have to sail all summer

As of now, 'Evening Light', CD33 #38, is planning four summer 2002 extended cruises with the NE Fleet, CDSOA from the Hudson River through the Maine Sail as listed below. All are open to additional crew.
All depart / return Groton, CT area.
- 06 - 10 June:
6-7 June to Cape Cod, layover attending a picnic in Yarmouth, return ~9-10 June.
- 01-09 July:
1-3 July to Hudson River, 3 days at Croton-on-Hudson, return ~7-9 July.
- 26 July-07 Aug:
26-27 July transit to West Harb.,LI 28-29 July at West Harb.,
30 July CD Race to Norwalk area,
31 July - 03 Aug. Port Jeff., Duck Isl., Shelter Isl.,
04 Aug. CD SAILBOAT Race,
05-07 Aug. Napatree, Groton, Dutch Harb., Cuttyhunk Isl.
- 08-26 Aug:
8 Aug. to Onset, MA, 1 day at Onset, Offshore sail 10-11 Aug to Maine, then 2 weeks in Maine waters, returning to Onset 25 Aug, return to Groton ~26/27 Aug.
Currently 2 crew berths are open for the 01-26 Aug. time frame. (Bill Slater has already signed on - something about really interested in studying the bow of a CD36 at a distance for 24 hours.)
And the CD Race 04 Aug. maybe filled (Lots of interest in defeating the Pirate Captain!!)
That's the overview, the devil is in the details, but that is someone else's bag, I have been relieved

If interested in any of the above please to e-mail or call.
Fair Winds,
Leo MacDonald
