Year for Ports and Stern Pulpit

We are looking for a CD 25 that has portals that are not fixed. Seems as though the cut off date for the manufacture of fixed portals was around 1978? I have seen several 79's with the fixed portals and what looks like dogs (pics) on portals as early as '74. Also what year did the stern pulpits become standard for the CD 25......Thanks in advance
