CD25D/CD26 Boarding Ladder Design

I have a CD25D/CD26 boarding ladder design at the following:

Ladder can be lowered so that bottom foot rung is level to stern rail, the CD26 picture shows a bit higher to unblock the documented boat name...i.e. second rung...
