CD28 Powerboat Windshield Wipers

I have a 1989 flybridge cruiser that has dual arm wipers that are in need of replacement. (Rusted out springs, etc.)
The wiper motors are still working OK, but the free-wheeling pivot on one is frozen. However, I think I can get that freed up.

Does anyone have any sources for wiper parts or replacement wipers?
