Hi All,
I'm one-day-new to the CD owners family and came across this ng while researching the CD 28 prior to purchase. Found lots of helpful info here - Many Thanks!
My question - How is the hull number determined from the hull identification number and are any builds more valuable than others? IE First/last, beginning/middle/end of production run.
Cheers,
Pat

Re: Hull number
Thanks Ken. Found the hull no. info, but nothing re value for year built/hull no. Are there good years and bad years of production for the CD 28?

Re: Hull number
Pat,
I don't think so, but I have never researched the 28 line. In most cases in the Cape Dory history, the later boats in a given line had innovations and improvements, but I don't have a history on the 28s. Maybe someone else will chime in.
