roller/furling main

I have a CD33, Ragtime, and wondered if anyone has put a main sail furling device on their boat?
As we get further off shore the need to stay in the cockpit becomes more sensible. If I have to buy a new mast I might just consider a new boat under it.

My 25-D came equipped with roller furling main when I bought her three years ago. I also am familiar with a CD28 in Melbourne, Fl that has roller furling main. Sure makes sailing singlehanded so very easy, and don't have to worry about whether to put in a reef, or maybe two. I understand the couple who own the 28 are pleased with their setup.

Thanks for your reply. What brand system do you have? Was the mast replaced or did they convert the original? Also any info on the CD28 would be appriciated.
