I HAVE A 1984 CD30 CUTTER ADAGIO

ADAGIO WAS MANUFACTURED WITH H/C PRESSURE WATER / CNG SYSTEM AND STOVE/

AND HUNTER GREEN TRIM ALONG WITH ALL BRONZE WINCHES AND 2 SPD

HEADSAIL WINCHES - HOW MANY BOATS WERE BUILT THIS WAY

OR IS ADAGIO A CUSTOM BOAT. THANKS DON

Don,

Parfait is an '83 36. She has all you mention save the hunter green trim; I think she was built that way, but I'm not certain. I think Dave Perry has said that Cape Dory didn't build custom boats as a rule, but clearly some boats were modified to meet the market.

my 1984 CD 31 has CNG, two speed jib sheet winches, H/C pressured water but no green trim -

Tern .. A CD30 MkII has all you mentioned except the green. I changed the stripe to green last year though. And I converted to Propane soon after I bought her.

My CD 28 came with a natual gas unit, which I tore out in the first few months when I found out the price of a tank of natural gas in the northwest!

I have a Kenyon stove, and when I called the company for a conversion to propane, they would not help me at all-but a local propane dealer did!

For fifty cents (and a three pound can of coffee) he gave me the right zerks that work fine on propane. Sure beats the price of a new stove!
