I plan on cutting out a few sections of my deck this weekend, and I thought I could save myself considerable amount of commuting time if I knew what the thickness of the balsa core is at the deck. That way I could cut up a bunch of end grain cedar before making the drive out to the boat to cut into the deck.
Does anybody know offhand how thick to cut the core material???
Thanks
