Harken's Small Boat traveler system max's out at 175sq feet of main sail, and "boats up to 27'. What do you guys think about this set up, or should I be considering the Mid Range system? Thanks.

I installed a midrange Harken 3:1 traveler last year on Sine Qua Non. I bought their 4 foot track. I used (Harken part #) their 1508 car, 1514 blocks, and 1520 & 1521 control blocks. I took out the old track and installed it on 2 pieces of teak, laid one on top of the other to give clearance above the stern locker. As you tighten the bolts, alternating one side and the other the whole assembly bends and conforms to the curved surface. Works like a charm. If you have more questions I can look up all my actual stuff. Take a look at the Harken website and feed in the part numbers and you'll see what I mean.
