North U. 2002 Seminars

Post by Warren Kaplan »

I just got a brochure for the North U Seminars for the upcoming year. They have both racing and cruising seminars and all kinds of paraphenalia that go with it. I go to lots of seminars for both professional and recreational reasons. I happen to like them if they are well designed. Even if I am familiar with most of the subject matter I usually learn a few new and useful things as each one. I've been sailing for many years so I'm not a beginner but there's still PLENTY for me to learn. I'd be interested in the experiences any of my fellow CD captains with these seminars. Are they really just for beginners? Are they well put on? Are the speakers knowledgable and do they present the subject matter in a way that you actually get something out of it? Etc.
Thanks,

I can't put the brochure on this board. It too involved. But if you're interested the entire thing is on their website:
